Tri-City Brewing Company - First Bottling Run

November 11, 2007

Here are some photos from our first run on bottles that occurred on Sunday, November 11, 2007.  We will post more photos when they are available.

How many brewers does it take to make some last minute adjustments to the bottling line? ... and how many screws?

The calm before the storm.  Shown here is our 24 valve Meyer bottling line.

Everything begins with the pack-on table.  Empty bottles are placed here to begin their journey to become full bottles.

The empty bottles pass through a twist rinser where they are rinsed prior to filling.

The front of our 24 valve Meyer filler.  Our filler is capable of filling 120 bottles per minute.

Kevin, Mike and Jim have a quick laugh during a pause in the action.

Our World Tandem Labeler.  Without a doubt, the most interesting piece of equipment to watch.

The full bottles end up here on the pack-off table.
(Note: The 1/2 filled bottles are reserved for the workers!! Cheers.)
