We
are very pleased to announce that our first beer, Phoenix
Golden Ale, will be released to the public on Wednesday,
January 17, 2007. The official first pouring of Phoenix
will occur at 5:00 pm at Hooligan’s Food and Spirits
located at 3022 N. Water Street on the Northeast side
of Bay City. The list of bars and restaurants is growing
daily that will be carrying Phoenix on draft. You will
be able to find Phoenix at the following places (all
are located within Bay City, unless otherwise stated):

It is possible
that not all of these bars and restaurants will have Phoenix
on the night of January 17, but all should have it available
on draft by the weekend.
